The activities of Literature, Language, and Translation Conference, which was on the period 2 – 4 May, 2017 and with 70 participants’ scholars, came to its conclusion. Dr. Hussain Al Zaidaneen, the conference chairman and the vice dean of the College of Arts, stated that the conference have achieved its goals which aim at exchanging knowledge in the field of literature, language, and translation.
The conference came up with the following recommendations:
1- Sending an appreciation message to the Royal Hashemite Court to his majesty King Abdullah II for its distinguished efforts in supporting the scientific research and education development
2- Organizing the conference annually and the importance of the involvement of researchers with different academic degrees
3- Adding other topics to the conference such as mass media and cultural studies
4- Issuing courses specialized in the conference topics on the margin
5- Inviting guests of honor specialized in the conference topics from Arab and foreign countries
6- Conducting conferences focusing on the main topics of the conference
7- Inviting specialized academic committees to execute the paper outputs
8- Encouraging the participants to develop their papers by conducting joint research
9- Publishing the papers electronically to give the opportunity to the maximum number of readers to access the papers
At the end of the conference, Prof. Fawwaz Al Zboun handed over the conference plaques to the participants and the organizing committees as well.
